I got tagged by Noemi weeks (or months?) ago to join a global meme for mommy bloggers from around the world. I actually waited for Mother’s Day to do this. 😀

My kids (actually, Patch, but the other two provided moral support hehe) surprised me with this creative piece of work on Mother’s Day! I felt so loved.

Here’s how the tag works:

I’m going to link to a couple of other mommy bloggers here in the Philippines, and to a couple of mom bloggers from other countries around the world, and they’ll write their posts, sharing 5 things that they love (or maybe what they don’t so much love – this playground doesn’t force conformity) about being a mom, and then they’ll tag a few more bloggers from their own country and from other countries, and so on.

Here are the top 5 things I love with being a mom:

1. I love the hearty hugs and wet kisses. My kids are, right now, at that stage where they love being hugged and kissed. I’ve even coined a term for this part of my job description – on-call hugs dispenser! And I love that they reciprocate! ( Well, okay… sometimes the pre-teen in the house feels awkward, especially when there are other people around. But I understand it’s a phase she has to go through, and that it could get worse. *heart breaking* ) Nate, my little baby boy, is the most malambing of the three. Methinks boys are naturally sweeter.
