Today I realized that, two years ago, I would never have imagined myself running 5 kilometers. Back then, just going up a flight of stairs made me dizzy. My health was in such a bad shape. Looking back, I am thankful that I was able to regain control of my health. Having good health is something I am thankful for. I hope to inspire others with my weight-loss story.
So, I ran my first 5k race. And the official results are out. I was far from being last. 😀
