Getting back in shape

After taking a gym-break for… *counts fingers*… eight (!!!) friggin’ months, I realize I gained back almost all the pounds I lost in the past three years. Boo me.

But, as I always tell myself, it is never too late to start again.

So I am picking up from where I left off.

First things first: diet. I am doing away with rice for the whole month of May. It’s my fourth day today, and so far so good!

Next step: get back into the groove. It’s too hot for running these summer days. So I am thinking of getting a yoga mat and putting on some yoga pants for home workout like the circuit training I did a few weeks back.
