What was your very first job with a paycheck?
-Sales Representative for medical supplies. It did not pay very well so I did not stay very long! 😛
Did you ever lose something very important to you?
-YES! A few weeks back, I lost my diamond earring, boohoohoohoo! It fell off my ear, and I only noticed one earring was missing after I’ve gone to so many places doing errands. It still hurts up to now when I think of how careless I was. It’s important because hubby gave it to me as part of a ring and earring set- one of his first expensive gifts. *sigh* It made me realize how fleeting and temporary material things are, and If I were to hold material things too dearly in my heart, I’d be disappoointed too often. *sigh* At least I still have the other earring!
What is the best Christmas present you ever received?
-^The diamond ring-and-earring set from hubby. 🙁
Tell about a favorite “hang out” place for you and your friends when you were in high school.
-Wow, i like this question a lot! I had a very enjoyable high school life, and if I were to do it all over, I’d have it the same way! LOL. Back to the question: there wasn’t one specific place, because my friends and I usually hang out in each other’s homes. We loved to sleep-over. We found all the reasons to do so: group review, research paper, book report, birthdays, holidays, the list goes on!
There was also this bar/resto owned by my friend’s family and it was near our school. So during lunchbreak or after school, we went there and just talked, watched the people passing down the street (it was a very busy downtown street), spied on the girls over at our rival high school (my friend’s home’s rooftop overlooked our rival high school!), watched TV, etc.
Name something that always bring a smile to your face.
-Something: chocolate of course! Esp. if it were White Choco Reese’s PBCs. yum! I’d be smiling ear-to-ear! Which reminds me: my friend Kaysee came from the US, and she brought home 2 big bags of these! Whoopee. I can’t wait to see her (and claim my loot, hehe). 🙂
-Someone: my children! They are a lovable and lots-a-fun bunch! They’re the apple of my eyes.
