For this week’s Lunch Box Meme, yesiree, it’s chicken once again!
It’s the only way my two girls and my hub can have the family’s favorite meat because Nate is off it. Kawawa naman if we have chicken while he watches on, di ba?
Last Tuesday, they had Baked Herb-Chicken Thighs. It is one of the lunch box mainstays, because it’s so easy and quick to cook. Recipe here.

Since we are staying away from pork, we often have chicken the past months. I’ll make your chicken tocino and this one too.
Off topic: Comment muna ako sa mga food blogs before I head to the gym in a few minutes. Hope to see you there.
